Rafad, our guide for the day. We booked the Alexandria trip ourselves, so we didn't have Wael with us for this excursion. Rafad was an excellent guide though, and he took us to a little restaurant for dinner that had excellent calamari. The fish was good too, but the fact that it still had teeth and eyes was a bit, well, unsettling. Still, we all gamely tried it, and even the two non-fish eaters in the crowd (we won't mention any names but both names start with "V") liked it. Truly fresh fish is a joy, even if it does have teeth.
