As she headed toward the gazelle, she was kind enough to pass by this skull in a truly scenic manner.
We couldn't follow her due to the crush of vans, but we could see her crouch down with just the tip of her tail flicking in the grasses.
Something went wrong, however, and before she could spring the gazelle suddenly lifted up their heads and stared straight at her.
Like any cat, she immediately pretended she meant to let them know she was there, and she sauntered off with a clear "I never meant to eat you, I don't know what your problem is" air.
It was my favorite experience of the entire trip.
