The Duomo in Siena has a beautiful mosaic floor. This picture shows the wolf that represents Siena surrounded by smaller circles representing the neighboring cities.

The Duomo is also home to some gorgeously illustrated hymnals, like the one shown below. Unfortunately, the brightly painted roof of the library caused serious reflections in the glass cases, but you can still appreciate the gorgeous colors.
